Floxsie's vision is to be the premier event and educational company within the fiber community who are committed to being fair, transparent, caring, and accepting of everybody for who they are. Our mission is to share our collective passion and sense of joy in fiber arts with the present generation and generations to come. Essential to every event and activity will be companionship, inclusiveness and education so that each of us can grow in our commitment to being fiber artists and fiber arts enthusiasts.
This event will be in-person. You may access your event registration details by logging in online through the Event Hub page of this event site.
Floxsie's Roller Skating Party is on Friday, October 14th, 2022 and begins at 5:30 PM EDT. The venue will open to the public at 8 PM. Floxsie guests are welcome to stay as long as the venue is open.

Food and beverages are not included in the price of admission, however, Floxsie will be hiring a local restaurant so you can get food while you are at the event. If you would like food from us, you must add on a food pass during registration which includes 2 slices of pizza, salad, and a bottle of water. The venue also allows outside food and drink so you can bring whatever food you want with you into the venue!
We will not be hosting any in-person vendors at this event (apart from food & drink), however, registrants will be able to purchase add-ons to pick up at our event as well as have access to our exclusive discount and promo code page on this event site to shop participating vendors online over the fiber-filled event weekend. The promo code page will become visible on the day of the event (Friday, 10/14/22).
All add-ons will be available to pick up at Floxsie's Roller Skating Party on October 14th. Let the Good Times Roll digital pattern bundle by Sylvia Watts-Cherry will be released on October 14 and instructions for accessing the patterns will be sent via email the day of release. If you're unable to attend the event and purchased add-ons, please contact Floxsie after the event by email to hellofloxsie@gmail.com to organize shipping your items.
Guests are welcome but must purchase a ticket online before arriving at the event. The Floxsie team will be onsite at the time of the event to assist with new registrations.
Tickets cancelled two weeks before the day of the Event will receive a full refund minus the transaction fees. No refunds will be provided for cancellations less than two weeks before the day of the Event. The deadline to make changes to registrations for this event is Friday, September 30, 2022. If you would like to transfer your ticket to another person please email us at hellofloxsie@gmail.com. Tickets are transferable up to 48 hours before the event date.
Parking is available at the venue.
Yes, you can. By clicking here or on the link we sent to you in your confirmation email and logging in, you can make changes to your class selections. This function will only be available up until 2 weeks before the event. Should you have difficulties with this function, please contact our registration team at: hellofloxsie@gmail.com. The deadline to make changes to registrations for this event is Friday, September 30, 2022.
Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email listing your registration details - if you don't see it please make sure to check your spam/junk folder! A link to which will be emailed to you for your personal schedule Event Hub that enables you to see all your registered sessions and/or ticket information and barcode for event entry.
The purpose of this event is enjoyment! Therefore, any form of harassment at any Floxsie event is subject to a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY. Any form of harassment is unacceptable, and mean, and any person engaging in it will be promptly dealt with by Floxsie personnel. Please report any such behavior to Floxsie staff, who will respond with penalties that they consider appropriate including expulsion from the event with no refund. All attendees, speakers, guests, vendors and participants must adhere to the no harassment standard policy and are subject to the same disciplinary action. As a participant at a Floxsie event, you grant the event owners the right to record, film, live stream, photograph, or capture your likeness in any media now available or hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you.

For in-person events as well as products, the New York State and Ulster County combined sales tax is 8%.
Please note that not all events will have eligible discount codes. Price with discount is reflected on payment page. Codes are only valid on admission price, not add-ons, unless otherwise stated. Codes are limited to one per registration if available.
