Transform a t-shirt and give it a new style by adding a unique and beautiful embroidered design to it! Learn basic embroidery skills like how to transfer an image along with simple stitches which you can apply to any embroidery project.

Supplies Needed:

• You will need to have some tear-away embroidery stabilizer. Greaseproof paper can act as a substitute if you can't find the above stabilizer.
• A top/t-shirt
• Needle
• Needle threader (very helpful but optional)
• Scissors
• Embroidery hoop

Your choice of embroidery threads:

• 3 flower colours
• 1 lead colour
• 1 headwrap colour
• 1 flesh tone colour
• 1 hair tone for brows and lashes
• 1 lip colour
• 1 earring colour

Homework:

• Download and print the template ready for the session. When printing, choose not to scale to fit. The image is A5.
• Trace image onto either tear-away stabilizer or greaseproof paper
