I have been a lifestyle knitter for about ten+ years. I am a huge fan of sweater knitting. I am known for knitting patterns I love several times, always making modifications to suite my own style and aesthetic. A few years ago while playing around with German Short Rows (GSRs), I developed a method for using GSRs to create waves of color, giving knitted fabric visual movement and interest. I call my method the Sand Art Technique. And it is this technique I am happy to share with fellow fiberistas.
